What started out as a web site with a single topic, has grown to one with multiple interests, including history, travel, my American History and Introduction to the Internet classes at Florida Community College at Jacksonville (FCCJ), and on a lighter note, my golf game.  So, welcome aboard - choose your area of interest and enjoy the ride.  A synopsis of each portion of this web site follows.

Travel - Not just mine, but others as well.  Take a look.    My travels include vacation trips, complete with photos and narratives of: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia (with music), and Wyoming - but I'm working on the others.  We've also visited the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, Glacier National Park and Rocky Mountain National Park in the USA, as well as Waterton, Banff, Jasper, and Yoho National Parks in Canada.   All in all, I've been to 43 states, so what you'll see, are pictures and notes from my personal travels.  In addition, I have recently had the opportunity to do some foreign travel.  Click on the flags to share my journeys to Scotland, England, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Chile, Aruba, Canada, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Others to follow.Kursus Facial - Perumahan Purwokerto - Lentera Post - Ruang Niaga - Drw Skincare

History:   Here you will find many ideas borrowed from others but at the same time, you may well find original essays, journals and other expressions that give some microcosmic sense of American History, in a manner that will hopefully be both entertaining, enlightening, and give pause for reflection.  Read "A Navigator's Viewpoint," the journal of a WW II navigator and his 31 missions over Europe in the B-24 Liberator, the "Lili Marlene."  You will also find Grenade - a short story - actually two integrated parallel stories - with the same plot set in different times and places.  The fictional Mill Valley story is targeted to those who have not experienced the terror of war - to place them "inside the bunker."  The Vietnam component is real and happened just as it is told.  Also, there is a quick summary of why the Warren Commission Single Bullet Theory is not feasible.  Lastly, you will find an extensive list of quotations for your consideration along with my biographical information.

FCCJ - At this time, I am teaching American and World History at Bartram Trail High School.  I previously taught classes at the local community college, Florida Community College at Jacksonville (FCCJ).  While I am not presently teaching at FCCJ, I do maintain my websites for former students and other who may have an interest in the subject material including two American History classes: U.S. History to 1865 and U.S. History 1865 to Present.  Previously, I taught a class titled Introduction to the Internet.  On this site, you will find the syllabus and all lecture notes for all the classes I taught.  You are welcome to browse and send me any questions you may have.
