Glaciers aren’t the only things to see along Icefields Parkway. Where there are glaciers, there are bound to be glacial lakes. This photo is of Peyto Lake, thought by many to be the most beautiful lake in western Canada. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t cooperating, so it’s hard to tell what we might have seen with some blue sky and sunshine. |
| Bow Lake, also on Icefields Parkway, is about four miles south of Peyto Lake. Had the waters been just a little more calm, it would have been a perfect mirror image photo. |  |
