Moraine Lake

Just a couple of miles south of Lake Louise is Moraine Lake.  There is a small lodge with several cabins, a gift shop, and a restaurant.  (A pasta dinner is $20 Canadian, about $14 American.)  Meals were expensive – we found the least expensive way to eat was to order room service from the children’s menu.
I think Moraine Lake was the prettiest in the Canadian Rockies.  The colors, the contrasts, and the pristine nature of the surroundings was spectacular.
