Breckenridge

Tourists are people who come into town with money and leave without money.  The local trolleys shuttle the tourists from one end of town to the other.  There are numerous stops in the business district, around the hotels and condos, and at the ski slopes.
The trolley driver was very considerate.  She told me I could stand on the rear entrance and get better pictures than I could from inside.  This picture is of the Beaver Creek Resort area just a stones throw from one of the ski lifts.
The trolley driver also told us of a local road that offered the best view of Breckenridge - she was right.  Looking down from a mountain on the east side of town, Breckenridge is nestled in the valley as the ski slopes rise behind the town toward the snow capped peaks.
